Shipping Policy

Free shipping

VP Store currently offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Tracking

We'll send you order and shipping updates as tracking information becomes available from the carrier. Freight shipments may use carrier-specific tracking instead of a standard parcel number.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing varies depending on your destination and the carrier handling your shipment. Any timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Oversized and freight deliveries

Large items ship by freight or a specialised delivery service and are generally delivered curbside. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Damaged shipments

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, the shipping label and the product so we can open a claim.
