Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. VP Store currently offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
What does VP Store sell?

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, then go to checkout. You'll enter your delivery address and pay. You do not need an account to order. Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email — if it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.
How will I receive tracking information?
We send a shipping notification once your order is on its way, including tracking details as soon as they become available from the carrier. Larger items shipped by freight may use carrier-specific tracking rather than a standard parcel number. If you'd like an update, email sales@vpstorellc.com with your order number.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timing varies depending on the destination and the carrier handling your shipment. Any estimate shown at checkout is exactly that — an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If a package or product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, the shipping label and the product so we can open a claim with the carrier and confirm the resolution.
How do I request a return or refund?
